User Centered Design
The real cost of software is in training and productivity. That is why designing for the end user is so important. When ease of learning and ease of use are built-in then it just costs less. This doesn't mean data centered design is bad. But data is of little use unless it is exposed to you in meaningful ways.
You may think that touting ease of use is old news. But true ease of use comes from good design up front. The workflow and objectives need to be reflected in the software's design.

We'll help plan your project. We can research any problem. We'll do it under your budget constraints or we'll tell you why it can't be done. And if it's something we can't handle but someone else can we'll help you find them, free of charge.
Object Oriented Design
Object oriented methodology keeps the design understandable while it is being developed. It hides the details of low level design from high level considerations. It doesn't matter if the implementation languages are object oriented. Good design is about proper boundaries. Designing with objects helps decide where the software's responsibilties lie.
Forgotten software has decadess of experience in object oriented design. It's the one thing we haven't forgotten anything about.
